Job Details Acteur leader de la logistique de santé depuis près de 60 ans,  Alloga France  est aujourd’hui le 2e dépositaire sur le marché français et fait partie de Cencora, entreprise mondiale de premier plan dans le domaine de la santé.   Responsabilités: Rattaché à la Direction Commerciale & Relation Clients, vous travaillez en étroite collaboration avec les équipes opérationnelles : Interlocuteur privilégié des clients laboratoires, vous êtes en charge de la coordination opérationnelle et du développement des laboratoires confiés à votre responsabilité. A ce titre, dans un objectif constant de fidélisation, d’amélioration de la satisfaction et du développement de la Relation Clients : • Vous comprenez les besoins et les attentes des clients, et vous les relayez auprès des départements concernés de l’entreprise. • Vous êtes le garant des engagements contractuels (gestion des demandes des laboratoires, suivi des KPI, relai avec le service juridique pour les avenants, facturation des prestations additionnelles). • Vous suivez la qualité de la prestation et aidez à l’amélioration de la productivité et de la qualité : (suivi Assurance Qualité, pilotage des plans d’amélioration continue, préparation des comités de pilotage, revue des performances, compte-rendu et suivi des plans d’action). • Vous pérennisez la relation et développez les comptes en valorisant l’expertise Alloga et en proposant des solutions à valeur ajoutée (établissement d’offre, suivi de P&L et renégociation de contrats).   . Profil De formation Bac+ 5 école d’ingénieur ou de commerce, vous avez une expérience minimum de 3 à 5 ans en logistique et en gestion de projet B to B multi-clients.  Rigoureux et proactif, vous avez déjà mené un comité de pilotage efficacement et vous savez faire respecter les délais de réponse et les engagements. Vous avez le sens relationnel et êtes orienté résultat et satisfaction clients. Un bon niveau d’anglais est exigé pour ce poste.  Poste à pourvoir en CDI sur le site de Chaponnay.
