Afin d’accompagner le développement de notre activité, nous recherchons un(e) Agent Import Exploitation Douane motivé(e) et expérimenté(e) pour rejoindre une équipe dynamique. Vous assurerez le suivi opérationnel complet des expéditions : documents, douane et coordination logistique. Le poste est basé à Villepinte (93), en CDI. MISSIONS : • Utilisation des systèmes IT : Filebound, Omni, SharePoint. • Communication avec les clients, prestataires, services douaniers et autorités. • Préparation des documents nécessaires au dédouanement. • Gestion des demandes pré-expédition nécessitant des autorisations spécifiques. • Dédouanement via ANSM, CITES, Ministère de la Santé, services vétérinaires, etc. • Utilisation des logiciels douaniers : Prodouane, Trace • Respect strict des SOP et procédures internes. • Gestion administrative générale. • Gestion de la boîte mail dédiée. • Réception, traitement, envoi et transposition de la documentation. • Mise à jour du système interne TMS. • Support aux opérations transport/logistique & sales • Vérification matières dangereuses (IATA et/ ADR serait un plus). • Présentation de documents aux douanes ou vétérinaire. • Contrôle des envois (incl. glace carbonique). • Chargement/déchargement. • Validation "OK to send". • Suivi et récupération TVA, droits et taxes. Organisation du travail • Équipe de 4–5 personnes, poste basé au bureau à Villepinte. • 35h hebdomadaires, horaires variables en rotation : 8h–16h / 11h–19h. • Astreintes rémunérées possibles. . PROFIL • Diplôme en commerce international / douane / logistique. • 2–3 ans d’expérience minimum, jusqu’à 5 ans idéalement. • Expérience dans un service import, transporteur ou service douane. • Connaissance procédures douanières, incoterm. • Rigueur, autonomie, gestion des priorités. • Capacité à travailler en équipe et interface clients.
