Responsabilités: Intégré dans une équipe de 5 personnes, vous gérez un portefeuille de collaborateurs, dans le respect des délais, des obligations légales et des règles de l’entreprise. Vos principales activités recouvrent : - La gestion administrative du personnel. - La collecte, la saisie et le contrôle des éléments variables de paie ; ainsi que la gestion des soldes de tout compte et des documents associés. - Le contrôle de paie et la gestion des anomalies. - Le traitement et le suivi de dossiers complexes (maternité, mi-temps thérapeutiques, absences longue maladie, prévoyance…) ; y compris les indemnités journalières de sécurité sociale. - La gestion du temps de travail et notamment la réponse aux sollicitations des collaborateurs sur le sujet. - La participation à la réalisation des déclarations sociales et fiscales obligatoires. - La participation à l’amélioration des outils et des procédures liées à la réalisation de la paie . Profil: De formation bac +2 RH, vous justifiez d’une expérience réussie de 3 ans minimum dans une fonction similaire.  Vous maîtrisez les outils de gestion (paie et gestion des temps) idéalement ADP DECIDIUM, HOROQUARTZ, ainsi que les outils bureautiques notamment Excel.
