In this role, the main focus is to provide strategic support across a variety of client industries, focusing on the commercial, legal, and contractual aspects. Daily challenges Reviewing and amending legal/commercial documents, SOWs, MSAs. Liaise with representatives from DXC business and act as a trusted advisor to the account/s and clients. Identifying key risks and mitigations. Leading complex negotiations and deals from legal perspective. Responsible for offering improvements in the existing processes. Training junior employees. eXperience and skills required Bachelor's degree in Law. At least 5-7 years of relevant experience in Contract law. Experience with IT contracts. Fluent in English.
