Job Description: Job Description: 1. 通过远程工具、电话、网络、邮件等方式为用户提供IT桌面技术支持服务 2. 负责受理、记录、处理、分派、协调、升级、跟进用户IT报修故障问题，并记录事件； 3. 负责定期进行服务满意度回访，实时监控服务质量与用户体验。   Job Requirement: 1.本科以上学历，有基础IT知识。具备优秀语言能力； 2.了解计算机的软硬件基础。 3.具备基本的局域网和互联网的知识。 4.了解手机和平板电脑APP和基本安全知识 5.工作积极主动，有良好的组织协调及沟通能力; 6.良好的敬业精神和团队协作能力，有优秀的客户服务意识； 7. 语言：中文& 韩语 At DXC Technology, we believe strong connections and community are key to our success.
