Job Description: 客户应用L1.5支持工程师通过定制的事件管理服务来满足特定客户需求，从而提供最高水平的客户满意度。通过专业培训、指导或以往经验获得的专业理论知识，在规定的SLA范围内进行独立判断，在业务环境中使用专业知识解决用户遇到的问题，并为团队成员提供信息、分析和建议以支持团队工作。 工程师将通过电话/电子邮件/聊天/门户/工单工具等媒介，处理来自该客户全球终端用户的应用/平台相关的查询，排错和故障解决, 并需要在不同时区工作。需要（通过上述任何媒介）与不同地域的客户互动，并以积极和专业的方式给予他们正确的回应。工程师将尝试通过远程联系提供最合适的解决方案，以非技术用户能够理解的方式探究问题并进行沟通。工程师需要接受全天候轮班工作的安排。 客户应用L1.5支持工程师的主要职责如下所述，但不限于： •       在严格遵守许可、版权和商标法规的同时，保护机密和敏感信息及材料 •       具备1年以上应用支持或IT支持经验 •       熟练使用Windows系统和Microsoft Office产品，如Outlook、Teams。 •       普通话流利，口头表达能力极佳。 •       英语水平达到大学英语四级或以上。 •       根据需要，能够灵活地按照24/7轮班工作。 •       及时准确且专业地回复联系人 •       在工单系统中记录/验证所有联系信息，并对所有记录的联系信息进行端到端管理，定期向客户提供工单状态的更新 •       利用相关工具和系统高比例解决的客户问题 •       在规定的时间框架内，根据优先级矩阵和具体情况，酌情完成后续行动并启动升级程序 •       遵守政策与程序，努力实现个人和团队目标 •       具备熟练的技术技能和丰富的技术支持实践经验 •       具备同时处理多项任务并确定优先级的能力，同时能够管理承诺事项/交付成果 •       在有限监督下，能够诊断问题并采取纠正措施 •       在有限监督下，能够根据服务级别协议（SLA）评估进度，并在必要时进行干预 •       能够与个人合作，共同审查措施，并辅导其达到服务级别协议（SLA）的要求 •       必须具备出色的沟通技巧/充沛的精力和自信 At DXC Technology, we believe strong connections and community are key to our success.
