Job Description: 核心职责（包含但不限于）： 1.严格遵守许可、版权及商标相关法规，协助保护企业机密与敏感信息及材料，树立良好的资安合规意识。 2.在团队指导下，及时、准确且专业地回复客户咨询与请求，保障客户沟通体验。 3.协助在工单系统中完整记录、验证客户联络信息，跟进工单全生命周期管理，按要求定期向客户同步工单进度更新。 4.运用基础技术工具与系统，协助处理常见客户问题，在指导下尝试解决简单技术难题，提升问题初步处置能力。 5.根据优先级矩阵与具体场景，在规定时间内协助完成后续跟进动作，当遇到无法独立处理的问题时，按流程启动升级程序。 6.严格遵守公司政策与操作流程，积极配合团队完成各项工作任务，助力个人与团队目标达成。 7.在有限监督下，协助诊断基础客户问题，在指导下采取相应纠正措施，逐步提升问题分析与解决能力。 8.协助对照服务级别协议（SLA）跟踪工单处理进度，发现异常时及时反馈，配合团队进行干预调整。 9.配合团队成员开展工作，参与措施复盘与经验分享，在互助中提升服务水平，共同达成 SLA 要求。 任职要求： 1.学历背景：本科及以上在读，计算机相关专业、信息技术、软件工程等专业优先。 2.技能基础：熟悉 Windows 操作系统及 Microsoft Office 办公软件（Outlook、Teams 等）的使用。 3.语言能力：普通话流利，口头表达清晰，具备良好的沟通理解能力；英语水平达到大学英语四级及以上，能阅读基础英文技术文档。 4.素养要求：具备较强的责任心与服务意识，工作认真细致；能同时处理多项任务并合理排序，抗压能力良好。 5.其他要求：愿意学习技术支持相关知识与流程，适应灵活的工作安排（根据业务需求配合轮班）；具备良好的团队协作精神，在有限监督下能独立完成基础工作。 At DXC Technology, we believe strong connections and community are key to our success.
