Zur Verstärkung unseres Customer & Training Services Teams am Firmensitz in Stolberg bei Aachen, gelegen im Dreiländereck von Deutschland, Belgien und den Niederlanden suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt Sie als Senior ILS Manager (m/w/d) Ihre Aufgaben: Durchführung aller ILS (Integrated Logistic Support) Aktivitäten, des Obsolescence Management und Durchführung der FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) Optimierung der logistischen Eigenschaften und Bestimmung der erforderlichen logistischen Ressourcen für Systeme Durchführung von LSA (Logistic Support Analysis) und aller dazugehörigen Analysen nach gängigen Standards im Rahmen seiner Aufgabenstellung wie: Reliability, Availability & Maintainability (RA&M) Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) Maintenance Task Analysis (MTA) Level of Repair Analysis (LORA) Spare Parts Analysis Special Tools and Test Equipment (STTE) Life Cycle Cost (LCC) Ermittlung von Zuverlässigkeitswerten (MTBF: Mean Time Between Failures) anhand von Felddaten und nach den gängigen Standards Pflege von ILS relevanten Datenbanken Erstellung von Dokumenten im Bereich Integrated Logistics Support (ILS): ILS-Pläne, LSA-Pläne, RA&M-Pläne, Obsolescence-Reports, Zuarbeit bei Erstellung von Wartungshandbüchern Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Angeboten, Kalkulation des ILS-Aufwands im Rahmen von Angeboten Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung der Programmpläne Unterstützung bei logistischen Aktivitäten Vorbereitung und Durchführung von ILS Guidance Conferences mit dem Kunden zur Absprache und gelegentlicher Abstimmung des ILS-Konzepts auf Basis der vertraglichen Requirements Ihr Profil: Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes (FH-) Studium im Bereich Luft- und Raumfahrttechnik oder Elektrotechnik oder vergleichbar Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in vergleichbarer Position Analytisches Denk- und Urteilsvermögen Technisch-wirtschaftliches Verständnis Koordinationsvermögen, Überzeugungsvermögen, Organisationsgeschick Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Sehr gute Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit Gelegentliche Bereitschaft zu Dienstreisen Wir bieten Ihnen: Eine offene Kultur mit Raum für persönliches Wachstum Zusammenarbeit in einem internationalen Team von Spezialisten Work-Life-Balance: Ein Gleitzeitkonto hilft Ihnen dabei, Arbeits- und Privatleben in Einklang zu bringen Attraktive Vergütungsstrukturen gemäß dem IG-Metall-Tarifvertrag Langfristige Perspektive mit Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten Position Type                         Regular CAE thanks all applicants for their interest.
