Responsabilidades: Como becario de Mejora Continua, colaborarás con el equipo en iniciativas clave para optimizar procesos internos. Tus tareas incluirán: Participar en tareas del área de Reporting. Apoyar en el cálculo y el análisis de los KPIs del almacén, calidad y transporte. Elaborar reportes, dashboards y presentaciones de resultados. Participar en proyectos de mejora continua, aplicando metodología Lean Manufacturing. Colaborar con diferentes áreas para implementar soluciones Documentar procedimientos y SOPs operativos. Apoyar en el mapeo y análisis de procesos operativos ​ Identificar o portunidades de mejora en eficiencia, calidad y costos . Requerimientos Buscamos personas con ganas de aprender, aportar ideas y crecer profesionalmente. Requisitos: Perfil proactivo, organizado, con orientación a resultados y habilidades para trabajar en equipo. Estudiantes de Ingeniería Industrial, Ingeniería en Organización Industrial, Ingeniería de Procesos, Máster en Logística, Gestión de la Producción o carreras afines. Conocimientos básicos en metodologías de mejora continua (Lean Manufacturing). Dominio de Excel (tablas dinámicas, fórmulas, análisis de datos); se valorará experiencia con herramientas como Power BI o SQL. Capacidad para analizar procesos, identificar oportunidades y proponer soluciones prácticas. Perfil proactivo, organizado, con orientación a resultados y habilidades para trabajar en equipo.
