Job Description: We are looking for a   Junior Banking Business Consultant , to be part of DXC   AdvisoryX .   You will blend a passion for technology as a key business enabler with a genuine interest in   financial   services sector.    Responsibilities:    Assists   in interviewing Clients,   identifying   business   issues   and proposing solutions   Assists   in documenting and designing processes to increase efficiency (decrease lead time, increase throughput, reduce cost, etc.).   Assists   in creating roadmaps describing as-is and to-be customer environments.   Contributes to proposals, bids,   s tatements of Work and other deliverables using a concise, professional writing style.   Contribute to shaping,   preparing   and delivering client presentations,   workshops   and proposals.   Education and Skills:    Recently degree in   economics,   finance   or   engineering;   Interested for   Information Technology   or financial services field.    Nice to   have:   university project experience in Business Analysis’ creation or project management.   Will   be   consider a plus an internship in IT fields.   The ideal candidate has relational and analytical skills, with constant focus on the goals, team-working ability and proficient Italian and English (both oral and written).   Work Location: Milano (MI) with smart working   p ossibility   #LI-Hybrid   At DXC Technology, we believe strong connections and community are key to our success.
