Position: Junior Accounts Payable Accountant with German Job Description: Junior Accounts Payable Accountant with German   ABOUT THE ROLE The Junior Accounts Payable Accountant will be responsible for processing invoices from suppliers across the EMEA region . Since the volume of invoices processed in Oracle is high and deadlines are tight , the ability to work under pressure is essential. In this role, you will cooperate closely with suppliers and internal departments . On a daily basis, you will work together with 16 colleagues and report directly to the Accounts Payable Team Leader . You will start with an intensive induction program , followed by additional training tailored to your individual needs. WHAT WILL YOU DO: Register supplier invoices Investigate invoice disputes daily Prepare and run reports in Excel (daily, weekly, monthly) and resolve open queries Reconcile supplier statements and manage disputes Archive and file documents in line with country legislation Assist with other accounting tasks as required WHO YOU ARE: Learn fast and adapt quickly to new systems and processes Focus on detail and accuracy Communicate fluently in English (C1) and German (B2) Use MS Office with strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables) Understand accounting principles and be numerate E xperience from a similar role will be an advantage WHAT WE OFFER: Permanent contract with 3 months’ probation period Hybrid work system and flexible working hours Excellent opportunity to further develop your career in SSC sector .
