Job Description: Job Description (Top 5): ·   Plan, execute, and monitor programs to meet strategic objectives. ·   Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of program components. ·   Manage risks, issues, and dependencies across projects. ·   Prepare and present program status reports to leadership. ·   Ensure adherence to governance and compliance standards. Job Requirements (Top 5): ·   Strong experience in program and project management. ·   Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. ·   Proficiency in stakeholder engagement and communication. ·   Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. ·   Familiarity with the insurance industry and program management experience; fluency in Cantonese & English is required.
