About This Role The Modern Workplace group is seeking an individual with a solid understanding of Site Support Services related to hardware and software, technical knowledge in Thermal printers, handheld scanners, structured cabling, smart hands for network and some application services. This individual will be responsible for managing manufacturing system services for our client. Preferably this individual will have had some hands-on experience dealing with great communication skills to interact with end users. Key Responsibilities: - What You´ll Do Proactively working and interacting with end users at client sites, managing preventive and corrective troubleshooting of our Error Proofing system (EPS) which consist in a computer station with a thermal printer that validates functionality of our customer product before shipping to the final destination. Active communication skills and team work to resolve any incident/request from the client. This position is to administrate and manage manufacturing EPS systems at one client site at Linares , Nuevo León. Who You Are Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. COVID vaccinated ( minimum 2 shots) Experience working with the technology industry, specifically handling significantly sized accounts (Windows Operative Systems, MS Office 365, Thermal printer, handheld scanners, and basic Network skills). Strong communication skills to listen to client and articulate back for solutioning inquiries. Availability as may require evening or weekend work (as overtime). May require evening or weekend work Ability to travel on short notice Experience working with the technology industry, specifically handling significantly sized accounts Work Envirinment 100% work at client site in Linares, Nuevo León.
