In ons nieuwe warehouse in Veghel zorgen we voor de logistieke groothandelsacitiviteiten en leveren aan apotheken en ziekenhuizen. Wij hebben de belangrijke zorgplicht om patienten van de juiste medicatie te voorzien. Jij maakt het verschil! Supervisor   Wat verwachten wij van jou? In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor een team medewerkers en processen op een van de logistieke afdelingen. Je geeft leiding aan ongeveer 25 logistieke collega’s. Je bent in staat om een team te bouwen en de teamspirit te bewaken. Het team voert werkzaamheden uit zoals het ontvangen van medicijnen van de fabrikant en het verzamelen van apotheek orders. Dat doen we met een hoge mate van automatisering waardoor je naast mens ook optimaal dient gebruikt te maken van de systemen.  Als Supervisor ben je verantwoordelijk voor een zo effectief en efficiënt mogelijke organisatie van de werkzaamheden. Dit doe je door het team optimaal te coachen, voor te bereiden en in te zetten. Denk aan dag-starts, werkoverleg, functioneringsgesprekken, etc. Je stuurt onderweg bij op basis van productiviteit, wijzigingen in prioriteiten/ planning en procesoptimalisatie. Je verzorgt de planning inclusief vrije dagen en verzuimmeldingen. Daarnaast houd je toezicht op de werkvloer, signaleer je tijdig problemen en zorg je er ook voor dat deze snel opgelost worden. Je werkt in planbare verschoven diensten tussen 8:00 en 22:30. Je rapporteert in deze rol aan de Operations Manager Central Filling. . Wie zoeken wij? Een geboren teamleider die het als een uitdaging ziet om elke dag met enthousiasme met het team aan de slag te gaan; Minimaal MBO werk- en denkniveau; Ervaring in een teamleidersrol; Je kunt aansturen, zelfstandig én in teamverband werken, neemt initiatief en werkt probleemoplossend; Je beheerst de Nederlandse en Engelse taal; Kennis van kwaliteitsnormen (GDP) is een pré; Een VOG is vereist.
