Zur Verstärkung unserer Finanzabteilung am Firmensitz in Stolberg bei Aachen, gelegen im Dreiländereck von Deutschland, Belgien und den Niederlanden suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt Sie als Sachbearbeiter Finanzen und Controlling (m/w/d) Ziel der Stelle: Der Sachbearbeiter (m/w/d) unterstützt bei der Kostenstellenplanung, sowie bei der Überwachung und Analyse der Kostenentwicklungen vor allem in Zusammenhang mit den Stundensätzen der CAE GmbH. Außerdem gehören zu den Aufgaben die Sicherstellung der korrekten Zuordnung und Dokumentation von Kosten, sowie die Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung der Monats-, Quartal- und Monatsabschlüsse. Ihre Aufgaben: Unterstützung bei der Pflege und Kontrolle der Kostenstellenstruktur im ERP-System Unterstützung bei der Planung, Überwachung und Analyse der Kostenstellen Mitwirkung bei Soll-Ist-Vergleichen, Abweichungsanalysen und Wirtschaftlichkeitsrechnungen Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Fachabteilungen zur Kostenkontrolle und Budgeteinhaltung Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschluss Unterstützung externer Prüfungen (BAAINBw, Bezirksregierung, Wirtschaftsprüfer) Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung von Forecasts und Budgets Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung von Berichten, Präsentationen und Entscheidungsvorlagen für das Management Mitwirkung bei Finanzanalysen und Erarbeitung von Empfehlungen von Lösungen für identifizierte Probleme Mitwirkung bei der Implementierung innovativer Lösungen für verschiedene Prozesse Mitwirkung an Pilotprojekten zur Prozessoptimierung, einschließlich der Integration künstlicher Intelligenz Ihr Profil: Erfolgreich abgeschlossene 3jährige kaufmännische Ausbildung 1-3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Controlling / Finanzbereich, idealerweise in einem international agierenden Unternehmen Erfahrener Umgang mit MS-Office-Anwendungen, vor allem Excel wünschenswert Erste Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Reporting-Tools wie Hyperion wünschenswert Gute Kenntnisse in Deutsch in Wort und Schrift Gute Kenntnisse in Englisch in Wort und Schrift Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten Selbstständige, eigenverantwortliche, ergebnisorientierte und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise Wir bieten Eine offene und freundliche Unternehmenskultur Mitarbeit in einem engagierten international tätigen Team 35 Stunden-Woche 30 Tage Urlaub Attraktive Vergütungsstrukturen gemäß dem Metall-Tarif NRW #LI-RT1 Position Type                         Regular CAE thanks all applicants for their interest.
