The Project Intern will support the Project Leader in organizing and managing events (both CME and non-CME). Responsibilities: Prepare letters of appointment and registration forms and send them to speakers. Compile and maintain logistics master files (including contacts, travel arrangements, hotels, and dinners). Send out official letters of invitation. Provide on-site assistance during events (at the registration desk or in the hall). Offer support to other Project Managers in the office when needed. Maintain and update company databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information. . Education:   Degree in cultural science or similar Skills: K​ nowledge of English language Ability to work in a team Problem-solving Immediate availability.
