Job Details This role is in support of Cencora's wholesale distribution services in Europe operating through our Alliance Healthcare business. PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsibility for the ongoing support of Cencora's global portfolio of Data Centers.  Business as Usual (BAU) & IT Supported Projects •  Coordinating equipment installs, decommissions and changes •  Responding to Incidents, Requests and Change Activities  •  Coordinating site resources to support break/fix efforts •  Manage DCIM and ensure accuracy of inventory •  Manage power, cooling and floor/Rackspace •  Providing project support •  Audit/Compliance •  Approving and providing Data Center Access •  Emergency Support •  Provide after-hours and emergency support (On-Call Rotation)   . EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree or technical institute degree/certificate in a relevant field or equivalent work experience. Extensive relevant Data Centre Engineer work experience. Relevant certification is required. Demonstrates in-depth knowledge of a broad range of hardware and software products. Experience technically leading teams MINIMUM SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS: Experience with general IT concepts beyond their primary discipline Good analytical and problem solving skills Good interpersonal skills Effective team player Good analytical skills with attention to detail Exceptional presentation skills Ability to prioritize work load Technical leadership, negotiation, and conflict resolution Understanding of ITSM What Cencora offers ​Benefit offerings outside the US may vary by country and will be aligned to local market practice.
