Job Description: About the Role We are seeking an experienced and detail‑focused technical professional to join our team in a Fraud & Entitlements capacity. This role will play a critical part in protecting the integrity of the WorkCover scheme by ensuring entitlements are applied correctly, identifying potential misuse, and supporting fair outcomes for injured workers and employers.   To be successful in this role you will have to‎ Bring strong analytical skills and sound judgement Have ability in identify inconsistencies in claim behaviour, documentation, and entitlement patterns Be confident engaging with internal and external stakeholders to clarify information and gather evidence Be DXC’s lead and own the relationship with WorkSafe Victoria, escalating concerns appropriately Support and guide teams on notice writing and ensuring QDM    Attributes Strongly Considered Strong analytical and investigative skills High attention to detail and accuracy Ability to identify patterns, anomalies, and inconsistencies in claims Sound understanding of WorkCover legislation, policy, and entitlement frameworks Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and integrity Strong stakeholder management and rapport‑building capability Commitment to scheme integrity and fair application of entitlements Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise competing demands DXC Technology (NYSE: DXC) is a leading enterprise technology and innovation partner delivering software, services, and solutions to global enterprises and public sector organizations — helping them harness AI to drive outcomes at a time of exponential change with speed.
