The Manufacturing Support individual provides essential support within each manufacturing cell, and will be trained to perform a variety of job responsibilities throughout the plant. Qualifications: A strong attention to detail The ability to follow written procedures The ability to conform to all established safety practices The ability to lift up to 50 lbs. The ability to lift, bend, twist, and stoop High school diploma (or equivalent) preferred 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift availability preferred 1 year manufacturing experience preferred Responsibilities include: Maintaining a clean work environment Following cell dashboard schedule Recommending changes to procedures for increased efficiency Performing all other duties as assigned by supervisor This description has been designed to indicate the general nature and level of work being performed by employees within this classification.
