Position: Senior Field Application Engineer Job Description: We are looking for a Senior Field Applications Engineer to join Arrow company. The main purpose of the position is to drive demand creation by maximizing Arrow content on designs. You need to understand customer needs and leverage Arrow's engineering and design services resources to facilitate solutions for customers. You need to apply technical knowledge to influence designs utilizing solution selling, resources, and strategies. What You'll Be Doing Dealing with demand creation of NXP MPU&MCU, such as i.MX8/9, LS1043/LS1046. Keep following customer project and push design-in to design-win conversion rate, solve the problems during customer R&D period. Partner with the sales team and marketing team across pre-and post-sales activities, providing technical support and consulting to promote demand creation. Attend supplier trainings, attend and sort materials in supplier regular meeting in person or via conference calls. Manage supplier and customer expectations by building and developing relationships, keeping stakeholders up-to-date on activities, plans, and progressing towards initiatives. Organize engineering customer and supplier’s workshop, tech-day, seminar. What We Are Looking For Bachelor’s or master’s degree or above, more than 3 years of MCU and MPU project development experience; Proficient in embedded C++ language programming, familiar with microcontroller, at least 1 kind of MPU has been used for mass production development. Have complete development experience in Linux or android system projects with NXP or other platform in porting and hardware/software development experience. Familiar with the internal resources and peripheral interfaces of MCU/MPU, such as DDR, PCIE, ETHERNET, ADC, DAC, PWM, SPI, I2C, UART, CAN, etc. Be able to porting and build/debug u-boot/bootloader/device tree, DDR test Linux Kernel … Preferred Good self-learning ability and communication skills with others.
