The three-year program will provide you — as an accounting analyst — an opportunity to rotate among functional accounting teams in the KL Accounting COE, encompassing various aspects of Company’s financial reporting process. Accounting Analyst will be provided with a pathway to complete their professional accounting qualification as Air Products Shared Services Sdn Bhd is the recognized employer for ACCA and CPA Australia. Responsibilities include: Monthly accounting close, including posting of journal entries, generating and analyzing reports for the functional account(s). Balance sheet reconciliation and preparation of schedules to support disclosure requirements. Coordination with other finance, business and operation departments to process transactions and review master data. Identify root cause and drive process improvements to rectify errors and process gaps. What’s in it for you: A structured 3-year career development program in accounting and finance. Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Finance. Min. 3-6 years of work experience in Audit Firm (Big 4) , preferably with additional experience in Shared Services. Well-rounded individual with strong academic results and non-academic achievements. Self-motivated team player with effective interpersonal and communication skills, and high ethical standards. Quick learner with a conceptual and analytical mindset. Highly adaptable to various job scopes and changes in facts and circumstances when solving problems.
