Imkoniyati bor bo'lgan narsalarni qayta tasavvur qiling We are looking for a Junior Driver Safety Trainer/Training Coordinator to join our team and support distribution activities across Uzbekistan. This role focuses on ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards while conducting training for drivers and employees. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to maintain high standards in loading, driving, and unloading procedures. Key Responsibilities: Assist senior trainers in theoretical and practical driver training sessions. Prepare training materials and maintain documentation. Participate in audits, safety checks, and compliance activities. Support safety and quality projects, including incident analysis. Gain proficiency in telematics systems and reporting tools. Help create and update transportation and delivery procedures. Execute BSP plans and participate in safety meetings. Maintain readiness for emergency operational support. What We’re Looking For: Bachelor’s degree (preferably in technical or logistics field). Basic knowledge of transportation and safety principles. Strong motivation to learn and excellent communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office and digital tools. Willingness to obtain C+E driving license and ADR certification during development. Leadership qualities, patience, and perseverance Uzbek, English, Russian languages- fluent Work conditions and benefits package Competitive salary (upon agreement after interview) and job conditions Salary is paid twice a month in Uzbekistan sums Annual performance bonus Work schedule: 8 hours per day, 5 days a week (Monday – Friday) The workplace is located in the office in Tashkent city When relocating to Tashkent from another country/region a housing allowance is provided to an employee to rent an apartment (the allowance amount depends on the number of employee's family members) Assistance with relocation (managing all required migration documents and relocation of the employee and family members to the place of destination) Annual leave – 28 calendar days Life and health insurance for employees (including medicines upon doctor’s assignment) Lunch allowance for office employees Sick leave bonus payment up to the full wage amount Unique experience of working in a global company and the opportunity to develop further in international projects Thank you in advance for your interest in Air Products!
