Job Details HR Service Representative II role is a crucial part of the HR Solutions Centre (HRSC) within Lithuania. Under general direction and reporting to the HRSC Tier 2 Leader, this role executes all Tier 2 processes sitting within the HRSC supporting the Europe   Responsibilities: Respond to and resolve specific processes or queries passed to them by the HRSC Tier 1 team in Lithuania Provide Tier 2 support in at least two of the following End-to-End (E2E) processes: Recruitment, Onboarding, Workforce Data Management, Employee Relations, Performance Management, Compensation. Provide general Tier 2 support for at least two of the following ‘large’ European countries; France, Germany, Lithuania, Netherlands, Norway, Spain, UK Where necessary, work with the Tier 2 In Country resources for those countries to resolve questions. Help to identify recurring issues and propose solutions for service enhancement to the HRSC Tier 2 Team Leader Work within agreed SLAs for both response and resolution time Act on any specific survey feedback received Work closely with the Operational Excellence and Training teams to identify and implement areas of improvement. Education: Requires broad training in fields such as business administration, accountancy, sales, marketing, computer science or similar vocations generally obtained through completion of a four-year Bachelor's Degree Program or equivalent combination of experience and education.   Work Experience: 1-3 years of directly related and progressively responsible experience in human resources.     Skills and knowledge:   Strong verbal and written communication skills in English Additional knowledge of one of the following languages would be considered an advantage: Dutch or German. Demonstrable experience or knowledge in one or more of the following E2E processes: Recruitment, Onboarding, Workforce Data Management, Employee Relations, Performance Management, Compensation. Adept at handling sensitive and confidential situations Strong interpersonal skills Knowledge of relevant legislation, policies and regulations in at least one of the following European countries would be an advantage: France, Germany, Lithuania, Netherlands, Norway, Spain, UK Ability to resolve employees’ issues quickly and efficiently Ability to represent a positive and professional image   Computer savvy with strong working knowledge of relevant software, e.g. Microsoft Office Knowledge of ServiceNow and Workday systems would be an advantage.       Salary ranges:   2566,07 - 3665,88 EUR gross monthly     #LI-hybrid What Cencora offers We offer a competitive annual bonus, life insurance from Day 1, a best-in-class health insurance package, and up to 6 fully paid benefit days a year.
