Votre rôle En tant que Statisticien / Épidémiologiste Sénior, vous aurez pour mission de Concevoir, piloter et coordonner des projets de Real World Evidence (RWE) en France et en Europe. Définir et rédiger des protocoles d’études épidémiologiques et pharmaco-épidémiologiques. Réaliser, superviser et présenter des analyses statistiques avancées. Conseiller nos clients (industriels, institutions, payeurs) avec une posture d’expert scientifique. Encadrer des profils juniors et contribuer à la diffusion des meilleures pratiques. Profil recherché Doctorat, Master 2 ou équivalent en biostatistiques, épidémiologie ou pharmacoépidémiologie. Expérience confirmée (≥ 7 ans) dans la conduite de projets RWE ou études observationnelles. Solides compétences en méthodes statistiques appliquées à l’épidémiologie et aux bases de données de santé. Capacité à rédiger, vulgariser et défendre des protocoles auprès de partenaires variés. Esprit analytique, autonomie et forte adaptabilité au contexte du conseil. Excellente maîtrise du français et de l’anglais, à l’oral comme à l’écrit. Profil recherché Doctorat, Master 2 ou équivalent en biostatistiques, épidémiologie ou pharmacoépidémiologie. Expérience avérée (≥ 7 ans) dans la conduite de projets RWE, d’études observationnelles et d’études SNDS (indispensable). Solides compétences en méthodes statistiques appliquées à l’épidémiologie et aux bases de données de santé. Capacité à rédiger, vulgariser et défendre des protocoles auprès de partenaires variés. Your Role As a Senior Statistician / Epidemiologist, your responsibilities will include: Designing, managing, and coordinating Real-World Evidence (RWE) projects in France and across Europe. Developing and drafting protocols for epidemiological and pharmaco-epidemiological studies. Conducting, supervising, and presenting advanced statistical analyses. Advising clients (industry, institutions, payers) as a scientific expert. Mentoring junior team members and promoting best practices. Education & Experience Required: PhD, Master’s degree, or equivalent in biostatistics, epidemiology, or pharmacoepidemiology. Proven experience (≥ 7 years) in leading RWE projects, observational studies, and SNDS studies (must have) - Essential criteria Strong expertise in statistical methods applied to epidemiology and healthcare databases. Ability to draft, simplify, and defend study protocols with diverse stakeholders. Analytical mindset, autonomy, and adaptability to consulting environments.
