The Role We Are Offering You As a Supply Support Officer , you will be responsible for purchasing, warehousing, and inventory functions to support Defence operations. Your key responsibilities include: Planning and scheduling delivery of goods and services. Preparing purchase orders and managing custody of serialized items. Receiving, storing, and issuing goods while maintaining accurate stock records. Coordinating with suppliers for pricing, quality, and delivery timelines. Managing Defence-mandated systems for inventory control and reporting. Our Ideal Candidate Has: Essential: Diploma in Logistics or equivalent vocational qualification. Minimum 3 years of proven experience in Supply Support or Logistics roles. Experience with Defence logistics systems. Desirable: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
