Job Details Responsibilities: Maintain and update curated news content on the intranet homepage to ensure timely and relevant information is featured. Update intranet homepage to communicate timely information and encourage employee engagement. Assist in managing the digital editorial calendar to support the planning and execution of content initiatives. Regularly update key pages across the intranet by reaching out to stakeholders for latest information (ex: Cencora corporate discounts page). Upload new articles and edit existing content on the Centro platform, ensuring consistency and quality. Manage translation requests on behalf of communications team members Assist in review of intranet metrics/analytics. Support digital signage creation and execution Education: A Bachelor’s degree in communications, English, advertising, marketing or related discipline is strongly preferred. Work Experience: Min 1 year of experience supporting a communications or marketing team. Skills and Knowledge: Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage updates and edits across multiple content areas. Basic knowledge of content management systems and digital platforms. Ability to understand company culture quickly and manage multiple assignments with maturity and speed. Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively. Strong communication skills, including the ability to collaborate with team members and external partners. Familiarity with digital communications or internal communications is a plus. Must be able to work according to deadlines. Solid teamwork – operates from a “team first,” not “me first” mentality. Understanding of Microsoft Office programs.
