How You Will Make Contributions That Matter Prepare all bulk cheese for bagging . Bag all cheese, smoke cheese as called for on a daily production plan. Work in Brine area as assigned Ensure correct vat is being released. Responsible for ensuring brine paperwork is filled out accurately. Pack cheese into boxes and bulk totes. Make boxes. Load cheese into packaging machine. Check packages for correct code dates and labels. Palletize all products. Clean and sanitize all equipment and rooms. Learn operation of the robots, make adjustments as needed. Setup case erector and top sealer for boxes.
