Job Details We are looking for a new colleague to join our team as a Sales Manager in Slovakia. If you are passionate about driving business growth and have the skills to develop strategic partnerships, we would love to hear from you! Key Accountabilities Meet annual revenue and AOI targets. Develop and maintain strong relationships with pharmacy chains and wholesalers to achieve business objectives. Develops strong relationships with healthcare KOL Conduct regular market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges. Propose strategic and tactical initiatives to meet agreed targets. Set individual performance targets for each pharmacy chain/stakeholder and monitor progress towards those targets. Recruit, train and motivate members of the sales force to achieve annual goals Set individual performance targets for each member of the sales force and monitor progress towards those targets. Collaborate closely with the marketing team to optimize channel presence and product offerings. Provide valuable market insights to inform marketing planning and strategy development. Act as a liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and drive initiatives. Participates in internal and external audits. Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer feedback to gather insights and provide feedback to the company. Adhere to ethical and regulatory guidelines set by the pharmaceutical industry, ensuring compliance in all interactions and activities. Knowledge, skills and Experience Required : Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within a pharmaceutical or healthcare industry , with at least 3 years in a man Proficient in English and Slovak, both written and spoken Strong computer skills, CRM software, particularly in MS Office Excellent presentation and communication skills and a leadership-oriented mindset Driver's licence, willingness to travel as needed A proactive personality with an entrepreneurial approach and a strong affinity for taking initiative, problem solving... ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies .
