We are looking for a GIS AI Engineer (Desenvolvedor de GIS) , whose main responsibilities will include: •    GIS Modeling: Perform various types of GIS modeling, including network optimization and spatial modeling •    ArcGIS Enterprise Server. Manage and maintain ArcGIS Enterprise Server •    AI Modeling: Apply statistical methods to analyze spatial data, develop and implement remote sensing and machine learning models •    GIS Applications: Collaborate with AI and other Data Science professionals to integrate GIS data into broader analytical frameworks •    Data Analysis and Model Development: Write and maintain code in Python, R, and SQL  •    Effective Communication: Present findings and insights to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner •    Continuous Learning: Stay current on cutting-edge GIS and AI technology •    Network Building: Foster a strong network with business and functional partners to drive model adoption Job Requirements: •    Education: Graduation/Post-Graduation in Geography, Geology, GIS, Data Science, or a related field preferred; MS degree or PHD will be a plus •    Experience: industry experience in GIS and Data Science •    Experience managing ArcGIS Enterprise Server •    Proficiency in Python, R, and SQL •    Strong statistical and machine learning background and experience with remote sensing experience •    AI experience including agentic AI and its application to GIS solutions •    Knowledge of cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) is a plus •    Ability to work collaboratively with AI and other Data Science professionals •    Superb communication, intellectual curiosity, facilitation, networking skills, and presentation skills •    Ability to work independently and within a team to tackle meaningful problems •    Basic project management and facilitation skills to influence, work effectively, and implement solutions in a multi-functional, multi-regional team environment At Air Products, we do not discriminate against individuals with special abilities.
