Cette personne travaillera aux côtés du Responsable et de la Reponsable-Adjointe de site pour assurer le bon déroulement des activités de production et logistique sur le parc. En tant qu'opérateur chef d'équipe, vous serez responsable de : Opérations techniques : Réaliser les opérations de remplissage, sérialisation, étiquetage, nettoyage des emballages, ainsi que le tri et le chargement/déchargement des véhicules. Encadrement & sécurité : Superviser une équipe de 10 à 15 personnes , appliquer les procédures internes et rédiger les permis de travail. Assurer le respect des consignes de sécurité et remplacer la Responsable adjointe en cas d’absence. Production & logistique : Suivre les activités de production en respectant les stocks de sécurité, gérer les consommables et les inventaires, préparer les commandes clients, et garantir la traçabilité. Profil attendu : Niveau Bac minimum, Bac Pro industriel ou logistique. Expérience en gestion d’équipe et connaissance du terrain (expérience en industrie appréciée). Leadership de proximité , sens de la sécurité , rigueur et organisation.
