Für den Standort Stolberg (hybrides Arbeitsmodell) suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Strategie und Business Development Manager, Fokus Flächenflugzeuge (Jet, Transport, Patrol, Drohnen) (m/w/d) Ihre Aufgaben: Erschließung und Entwicklung des Trainings- und Simulationsmarktes für die Bundeswehr und NATO in Deutschland in Abstimmung mit der regionalen und globalen CAE-Strategie Entwicklung und Umsetzung der strategischen Planung für die Bundeswehr Erarbeitung von Marketing- und Vertriebsstrategien für die Bundeswehr Selbständige Kontaktanbahnung, -pflege und -ausbau in Bezug auf Interessenten, Neu-/Schlüsselkunden, Beschaffungsrepräsentanten, Kooperationspartnern, Knowhow- und Entscheidungsträgern, insbesondere in den entsprechenden Bereichen des Nutzers, BAAINBw in Koblenz, des Truppenkommandos (z.B. LwTrKdo) und des Kommandos der Teilstreitkräfte in Berlin Initiierung, Bewertung, Bearbeitung und Gewinnung von Ausschreibungen und neuen Projekten, Ausbau der Marktanteile in Abstimmung mit anderen Fachbereichen Initiatives Aufspüren neuer Anwendungsgebiete durch Bewertung von Markttrends, Wettbewerber-, Kooperations- und Akquisitions-Potentialen Bewertung der Projekt-Realisierungsmöglichkeiten unter technischen, wirtschaftlichen und strategischen Aspekten in Abstimmung mit den jeweiligen Fachbereichen Koordination und Erstellung von Angeboten sowie Verfolgung bis zum Vertragsabschluss, interne Koordination des Angebotserstellungsprozesses in enger Abstimmung mit den Fachbereichen Teilnahme an sowie Durchführung von Vertrags- und Preisverhandlungen innerhalb eines vorgegebenen Spielraums in Abstimmung mit den Fachbereichen Systematisches „Customer Relations Management“, insbesondere Sicherstellung der Güte des intensiven Kundenkontaktes vor, während und nach der Projektrealisierung Ausbau, Pflege und Nutzung von Kontakten zu technologiefördernden Einrichtungen Repräsentanz des Unternehmens nach Außen; Planung/Koordination und Mitwirkung von Messeauftritten, -beteiligungen und sonstigen Marketingveranstaltungen; Koordination/Abstimmung von Werbemaßnahmen Enger Austausch und Zusammenarbeit innerhalb der S&BD Gruppe sowie speziell auch innerhalb der entsprechenden SCT‘s (Strategic Capture Team) und IPT’s (Integrated Product Team) Unsere Erwartung: Technisch-wissenschaftliches Studium (FH) oder vergleichbar mit fundierten betriebswirtschaftlichen Kenntnissen (idealerweise bei der Bundeswehr) Mehr als 3 Jahre Erfahrung in der Luft- und Raumfahrttechnik, insbesondere des nationalen bzw. internationalen militärischen Marktes, der Kundenorganisation des öffentlichen Auftraggebers und seiner Beschaffungsprozesse Militärischer Hintergrund (speziell Luftwaffe) ist von Vorteil Nachgewiesene Erfahrung im Vertrieb oder auch Projektmanagement im militärischen Bereich sowie bei der Bearbeitung und Durchführung von komplexen Angebotskampagnen Ausgeprägte Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit Bereitschaft zu regelmäßigen Dienstreisen Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse CAE bietet: Eine offene und freundliche Unternehmenskultur.
