About This Role                                                                                                           Client Training Coordination: Book and manage client training events, ensuring prerequisites are met, course availability is confirmed, and client expectations are clearly communicated to the Training Services team. Customer Service: Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries, monitor training events through to completion, and provide ongoing support. Client Retention and Account Management: Managing client and company retention, optimizing revenue, and surpassing client expectations through account follow-up. Recurring Training & Upselling: Schedule and follow up on recurring training events and promote ancillary training courses that add value to the client experience. Sales Support: Assist the Regional Sales Manager (RSM) with pricing agreements, document contract validity, and update pricing on relevant portals. Payment Collection: Clearly communicate payment terms, assist with client check-ins, and support the collection of payments, including cash-on-delivery. Sales Strategy Execution: Proactively ensure fulfillment of company sales strategies and targets, with a strong focus on exceeding goals weekly, monthly, and quarterly. Prospecting: Identify and pursue new client opportunities as required. Relationship Management: Build and maintain proactive, positive relationships with clients through direct personal interactions. Account Follow-Up: Surpass client expectations through follow-up and effective communication.  Organize visas, tickets, and hotel accommodation for clients as specified in the contract. Ensure accurate client data is updated in internal systems. Position Type                         Regular CAE thanks all applicants for their interest.
