Jouw uitdaging In deze veelzijdige functie combineer je technische expertise met organisatorische verantwoordelijkheid . Je ondersteunt de dagelijkse productie, optimaliseert processen en leidt projecten van A‑Z. Tegelijkertijd ben je verantwoordelijk voor het labo, waar je zorgt voor nauwkeurige analyses en implementatie van nieuwe technieken. Wat ga je doen? Productie: Ondersteun productieplanning, opstart, troubleshooting en procesoptimalisatie. Analyseer procesefficiëntie en stel verbeteringen voor. Trek projecten van ontwerp tot inbedrijfname en borg veiligheid Werk samen met engineering en onderhoud bij geplande en ongeplande shutdowns. Labo: Beheer het labo: onderhoud en kalibratie van meetapparatuur. Zorg voor accurate analyseresultaten en communiceer met het kwaliteitsteam. Implementeer nieuwe analytische technieken (o.a. gaschromatografie) en valideer methodes. Adviseer over nieuwe apparatuur en houd het lab up‑to‑date. Jouw profiel Masterdiploma (Chemie) of gelijkwaardige ervaring. Analytisch, nauwkeurig en communicatief sterk. Hands‑on mentaliteit, teamspirit en organisatorisch talent.
