D aily challenges Responsible for delivering operational services to outsourcing accounts, covering the team’s portfolio skillset Planning, coordination, and implementation of changes (Request For Change), service requests, and/or project tasks Perform proactive analysis of issues, identify solutions for those and apply necessary fixes to the environment Perform daily operational activities, incidents resolution and communication with other involved teams to deliver stable service, with high quality, and as requested by business customers Troubleshooting in conjunction with vendor and third-party support Perform other duties according to the IT Service Management processes e X perience and skills required Preferably 3+ years’ experience within IT Operations, infrastructure services support, operations monitoring or end user support Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Management Information Systems, or equivalent certifications will be considered as an advantage Good knowledge and working experience in Broadcom Automic Workload Automation/UC4 Experience and/or knowledge in any additional Workload Automation software will be considered as a strong advantage – Broadcom/CA Workload Automation (Autosys); BMC Control-M; IBM Tivoli Workload Scheduler Hands on experience in administration of Linux/UNIX based OS, Microsoft Windows Server, System administration, Application deployment and configuration Understanding of the correlation between a Workload Automation software, applications, databases, and the hosting OS Fluent in spoken and written English C ompany benefits At DXC Technology, we don’t just offer jobs - we build careers.
