Ensure optimal use of machinery, equipment, and utilities at minimal cost, and complete production plans including trial runs. 监督生产：协调和监控整个生产过程，安排生产区域内的生产重点，并通过有效的纠正措施应对各种警报。确保以最低的成本最大限度地使用机器/设备的能力和共用设施，并完成生产计划，包括试产。 3.    Maintain and repair engineering and maintenance personnel, accelerate preventive actions and reduce downtime due to equipment failures. Resolve common and minor issues on-site promptly when accidents occur. 联络修理工程和维修人员，预防和减少工程故障中断。事故发生时及时解决现场常见问题和小问题。 4.    Material management: oversee production-related materials, ensure smooth communication between production and procurement functions, and maintain progress, quality, and quantity through cycle count rules. 材料管理：材料的生产管理，包括生产和采购功能之间的沟通顺畅流动，循环计数规则保证进度、质量和数量的当前和计划的生产。 5.    Personnel management: conduct daily attendance checks and manage manpower to align with filling plans.
