More information about the Primary Distribution Centre in Sevenum can be found at the provided link: Venlo | Arrow Electronics   About the Role: Arrow Global Components (GC), a part of Arrow Electronics, is seeking a proactive and experienced HR Advisor, with a specialization in Absenteeism management, to join our team at the Sevenum warehouse. This role is pivotal in driving HR excellence, supporting managers, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted advisor, providing strategic and operational HR support while fostering a positive and compliant work environment. This is a reduced-hours position with a schedule of three days per week. Key Responsibilities: HR Advisory & Partnership: Collaborate with departmental managers to provide guidance on HR best practices, employee relations, absenteeism management and coaching/training of our management. Support the implementation of policies, procedures, and regulations to ensure compliance and alignment with business objectives. Drive communication and change management initiatives to support organizational growth. Employee Relations & Performance Management: Counsel and coach managers on absenteeism issues, employee engagement, and conflict resolution. Provide recommendations to address employee-related challenges and performance concerns. Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies. HR Operations & Metrics: Act as a liaison with the HR Shared Services Center for payroll, benefits, and leave management. Oversee absenteeism processes, conduct exit interviews, and analyze turnover data. Take ownership of key HR metrics, identify root causes, and implement corrective measures as needed. Policy Execution & Best Practices: Ensure the professional execution of corporate HR policies and programs. Share best practices and learnings across the HR network to enhance cross-functional collaboration. Strategic HR Partnership: Partner with other HR functions to ensure seamless operations and alignment of HR practices with business needs. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of relevant HR experience, including experience in Absenteeism in a logistical/industrial environment Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR policies, and best practices. Proven ability to build trustful relationships with stakeholders, including works councils. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and coaching skills.
