Position: Business Operations Associate Job Description: What You will Be Doing We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Associate to manage day-to-day order operations. The role involves close cross-functional collaboration to ensure accurate, timely, and seamless end-to-end execution. The ideal candidate brings hands-on ERP experience, an understanding of supply chain processes, and a strong focus on quality and SLA adherence. Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring accuracy and timely execution as per SLAs. Perform customer and order-related changes in ERP systems. Create and manage Purchase Orders and Sales Orders. Handle RFQs and inventory-related activities, including capturing and uploading data into internal databases. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and smooth operational flow. Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and compliance with standard processes and controls. What We Are Looking For Good understanding of Supply Chain Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and on-time delivery. Proficient in MS Excel; exposure to Power BI is an added advantage. Fluent in English, both written and verbal. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
