Schedule:  Monday–Thursday | 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM Pay:  $25.00/hour Job Summary: The Industrial Maintenance Technician supports an automated distribution center by diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing   industrial electrical, mechanical, and control systems. This role focuses on   conveyor systems, automated material handling equipment, and industrial control systems, with limited facilities support. Key Responsibilities: Troubleshoot and repair   automated conveyor systems, including belt, roller, and sortation equipment Diagnose and repair   480V three-phase electrical systems, motor controls, and control circuits Troubleshoot   industrial control systems, including PLCs, VFDs, sensors, photo eyes, and encoders Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on automated conveyor systems, motive equipment and automated guided vehicles (AGVs), industrial electrical panels and control cabinets Read and interpret   electrical schematics, ladder logic, and mechanical drawings Perform limited facilities maintenance (lighting, minor repairs, basic HVAC troubleshooting) as needed Perform mechanical repairs, welding, and metal fabrication Document work orders and PMs using a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) Required Qualifications: Associate’s degree in   Industrial Maintenance, Mechatronics, Electrical Technology, or equivalent trade school experience 2+ years of experience in an automated distribution center, manufacturing, or industrial environment Hands-on experience troubleshooting   480V control circuits and industrial electrical systems Experience maintaining   conveyor systems and automated material handling equipment Ability to work safely around energized equipment and follow lockout/tagout procedures Basic computer skills (CMMS, email, documentation) Preferred Qualifications: PLC troubleshooting experience (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, or similar) Experience with VFDs and motor controls Familiarity with Maintenance Connection or similar CMMS HVAC certification Welding experience As a Masco company, Liberty Hardware is committed to helping people create spaces they love with hardware that’s as dependable as it is stylish.
