Role Overview As the Lead Verification & Validation (V&V) Engineer, you will conduct activities in line with the applicable contracted Systems Engineering Management Plan or similar. This role involves leading the planning, coordination and execution of V&V activities for the F-AMTS Program. You will have the chance to be a technical leader, engage with stakeholders across the program, have oversight of the testing teams to deliver high-quality, validated training solutions. The role we are offering you Lead the development and execution of V&V strategies, plans and schedules for training systems Oversee the creation and maintenance of test documentation including test plans, procedures and reports Coach and mentor other V&V Engineers and testers, ensuring alignment with project goals and quality standards Drive continuous improvement in V&V processes, tools and methodologies Our ideal candidate has: Proven V&V Engineering experience, or similar Strong understanding of system development lifecycles Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent, Systems Engineering is highly regarded Showcase ability to prepare, concise and persuasive communications for multiple audiences Location: Homebush, NSW We operate a hybrid working approach.
