Job Description: A full-time position working at designated client site, required to provide high-quality, onsite technical and troubleshooting services covering below support activities within the required SLA time frame - Hardware support: technical diagnosis and coordination with OEM vendors for repair of defective hardware for a variety of devices including desktops/laptops/workstations, mobile devices, tablets, meeting room equipment, printers etc. - Software support: diagnosis and resolution of software functionality for both the operating system and standard desktop applications, M365, Adobe, etc. - IMACD: installs, moves, adds, changes, and de-installs for a wide variety of supported hardware devices including desktops/laptops/workstations, mobile devices, tablets, meeting room equipment, printers and etc; and supported Windows OS/software upgrade. - Be familiar with the Microsoft Active Directory/Azure Active Directory Users and Groups/Microsoft 365. This includes distinguishing network users, service accounts, mail accounts, directories, and security. - Regular health check on all kinds of hardware such as printers, server room, backup devices, meeting room equipment, etc. - Perform hardware break fix on computers. Laptops, printers, and other authorized peripheral equipment. - Perform general preventative maintenance tasks on computers, laptops, printers, and other authorized peripheral equipment. - Coordinate with vendors for external support and repair - Provide standby support for meetings, training sessions, events. - Perform smart hands and eyes for Infrastructure, coordinate with infrastructure teams to resolve issues with network, servers or other infrastructure devices or services that impact the normal work of end users. - Asset management support for end user devices by following defined processes. - As a contact for project/change deployment that requires on-site cooperation. - Deployment services for large-scale efforts include asset auditing and discovery, project support, PC refresh, migration, that governed with full project status and reporting. - Ensure accurate logging, categorization, prioritization, initial diagnosis, routing, functional escalation, and data integrity of all applicable incidents and requests in ticketing tools. - Responsible for actively monitoring ticket queue and all assigned tickets, meet established Service Level Agreements in ticketing tools. - Be able to analyze the cause of complex incidents that leading to a resolution. - As a contact for urgent/high prioritized incidents/requests. - Coordinate with other L2 workgroups or vendors for external support on problem solving. - Maintenance of on-site support knowledge base and keep proper documentation. - Knowledge Trainer of the on-site team.
