We have a team in Casablanca where the atmosphere is collaborative, positive, and supportive. If you are passionate about storage technologies, data protection, and working with cross-functional teams, this could be the role for you! What You Will Be Doing at Arrow? The Storage Engineer will be responsible for supporting the IT and Infrastructure teams to ensure the reliability, performance, and security of our enterprise storage solutions. From monitoring storage systems to implementing backup and recovery operations, the Storage Engineer ensures data integrity and availability across all platforms. This role involves collaboration with other technical teams, proactive troubleshooting, and continuous optimization of storage and data protection infrastructure. Administering and maintaining Storage Area Networks (SAN), Network-Attached Storage (NAS), and cloud storage solutions. Monitoring performance, capacity planning, and ensuring data integrity and security. Implementing backup, recovery, and disaster recovery plans. Troubleshooting storage issues and providing timely resolutions. Collaborating closely with network engineers, database administrators, and other IT teams. Evaluating and recommending enhancements to improve storage and data protection infrastructure. Staying current with latest advancements in storage technologies, cloud computing, and automation tools. What Are We Looking For? 5–7 years of experience in managing storage systems, data protection, or related IT infrastructure. Hands-on experience with enterprise storage platforms such as Dell PowerMax, NetApp, HPE, Rubrik, Veritas NetBackup, or similar solutions. Strong knowledge of storage protocols (Fibre Channel, iSCSI, NFS) and performance optimization. Understanding of network and cloud storage architectures. Advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills in English; additional language skills (German/Italian) are a plus.
