This is your opportunity to be part of a dynamic, international team supporting liquid bulk deliveries across  Germany. As a  Liquid Bulk Scheduler , you will play a key role in ensuring timely and efficient delivery of liquid bulk to our business customers. You’ll collaborate closely with drivers, fellow schedulers, and customer service teams to manage logistics across the Northern Continent. Key Responsibilities: Forecast and schedule deliveries to meet customer requirements Scheduling available resources (drivers, equipment and product) to meet customer demand React swiftly to unplanned changes using data and initiative Maintain clear and professional communication with internal and external stakeholders Contribute to continuous improvement in scheduling and customer service processes What You Bring: Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team Analytical mindset with attention to detail Confident decision-making based on available data Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills High computer literacy (experience with logistics software is a plus) Previous experience in logistics or customer service is an advantage As we are scheduling for the Northern Continent we are looking for a scheduler with multiple language capabilities comprising two or more languages of the following: English (mandatory as our company language) German Dutch and/or French is always a plus What we offer: Competitive Salary: Based on experience and skills.
