Responsabilités: En tant que Responsable des Marchés Hospitaliers, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans le développement de notre activité. Vos principales missions seront les suivantes : Définir et piloter la stratégie commerciale :  Identifier les besoins des clients, élaborer des plans d’action et optimiser les offres de services. Encadrer et développer une équipe performante (6 personnes):  Assurer le suivi des collaborateurs et promouvoir leur montée en compétences. Gérer les relations clients :  Développer des relations solides avec les laboratoires partenaires et accompagner leur stratégie hôpital avec des solutions sur mesure. Garantir la performance et la rentabilité :  Suivre les indicateurs clés (KPI), piloter les tableaux de bord et assurer la satisfaction client. Coordonner les appels d’offres :  Superviser la gestion administrative et définir la politique tarifaire en collaboration avec les équipes internes. Pourquoi nous Rejoindre ? Une excellente compréhension des marchés hospitaliers et des appels d’offres. Des compétences en gestion de projet et en analyse stratégique.
