Marubun Arrow is looking for Quote Services Associate III to join our team in Guadalajara! This position acts as the liaison between suppliers and customers to build and establish long-term business partnerships for Marubun Arrow. What You'll Be Doing: Responsible for managing open customer quotes, recognize cross selling opportunities and inform field sales Interface with multiple departments within Marubun Arrow and Arrow, including supply chain, sales, purchasing, asset management, and finance as needed Negotiate with suppliers and find the best solution for the customer, work in close partnership with the sales team Identify and correct any pricing discrepancies, create and renew prices into the system for current and new opportunities Other duties as assigned What We're Looking For: Typically requires a 4-year degree and 2–4 years of experience or equivalent related experience Excellent verbal and written communication; fluent in English Strong negotiating and follow up abilities Strong attention to detail Demonstrated experience and proficiency with Microsoft Excel Even Better if You Have: Experience with Oracle or other ERP systems What's in It for You?
