Role Overview: The PeopleSoft Technical Developer designs and implements technical solutions supporting PeopleSoft HCM applications, with a focus on Time and Labor. Essential Duties Design and develop technical solutions using PeopleTools and PeopleCode Build and enhance Application Engine programs, Application Packages, and approval workflows Support integrations and customizations aligned to business requirements Collaborate with functional teams to translate requirements into technical designs Required Qualifications DOD Secret Clearance or the ability to obtain one. 5+ years PeopleTools 8.5x experience 3+ years of PeopleSoft HCM Time and Labor experience Expertise in PeopleCode, Application Engine, and rules frameworks Strong communication skills across technical and business teams Other Qualifications Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future. Must be a U.S. citizen. Must have or be able to obtain an Active Secret Clearance. Compensation at DXC is influenced by an array of factors, including but not limited to the experience, job-related knowledge, skills, competencies, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. A reasonable estimate of the current compensation range for this position is $88,200 - $163,900.
