Basic Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience • Typically, 1-3+ years of relevant work experience • Proven experience in infrastructure technology analysis • Proficiencies in data analysis and technical knowledge • A continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology Other Qualifications: • An advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus • Relevant certifications, such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals, or Google Cloud Associate, are a plus • Strong knowledge of networking to include firewall and routing preferred.  • Basic knowledge of Windows, Linux and Mac • Basic knowledge of Active directory and basic auth methods such as Kerberos, NTLM (New Technology) LAN Manager ext preferred • MDM (Mobile Device Management) experience a plus.
