Position Purpose: Ensure compliance with State contract and regulatory reporting and deliverable submission, and tracking and recordkeeping. Oversee and monitor HIPAA privacy regulation, special project assignments and compliance training company wide. . Ensure timely state deliverable submission, accuracy of reports, and tracking and recordkeeping of State deliverables. Update and maintain deliverable matrices/tracking reports for Health Plan and delegated subcontractors. Lead special projects related to Access and miscellaneous reporting. Provide reports required for HMO license maintenance, as required by the Department of Insurance. Develop and deliver compliance training annually for all employees. Proactively identify and mitigate compliance risks related to State contract and regulatory reporting and deliverables. Lead HIPAA privacy monitoring and oversight, to include quarterly desk audits and collaboration with department managers to address noncompliance. Performs other duties as assigned Complies with all policies and standards Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience. 2+ years of compliance and/or managed care government programs experience. Advanced knowledge of a technical or specialized field such as insurance, public health policy, compliance or government affairs. Pay Range: $56,200.00 - $101,000.00 per year Centene offers a comprehensive benefits package including: competitive pay, health insurance, 401K and stock purchase plans, tuition reimbursement, paid time off plus holidays, and a flexible approach to work with remote, hybrid, field or office work schedules.  Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law , including full-time or part-time status.  Total compensation may also include additional forms of incentives.
