To learn more visit us at http://www.saputo.com/careers SUMMARY: Loading WPC, Loading permeate, Operator pasteurizer and separator and all related equipment in whey department. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Responsible for the quality and appearance of the product. Clean tanks, lines, trucks, whey pasteurizer and separators.  Disassemble whey separators and manually clean parts. Connect and disconnect pipelines and elbows. Maintain pumps. Operate FT1. Operate pasteurizer and maintain associated charts. Sample product and maintenance of bill of ladings. Operate refractometer. Responsible for inventories of silos and chemicals. Load and unload trucks of fluid ingredients. Must be able to appropriately handle and use cleaning chemicals and conduct concentration checks. Requires regular attendance.
