As you progress in your internship,   you’ll   discover opportunities for you to grow and build your own career path.         HOW YOU WILL MAKE CONTRIBUTIONS THAT MATTER...      Participate in the external and internal recruitment process and manage internal movements in collaboration with the workforce planning team. This will also include the management of movements following the implementation of automation   projects;      Planning and organizing employee activities for the summer and fall periods (BBQ, family activities, recognition evenings and other celebrations );      Participate in various HR projects (KPIs, creation of procedures, communication to employees, training refreshers, etc.)        YOU ARE BEST SUITED FOR THE ROLE IF YOU...     Are currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or   Master’s degree in Business Commerce , Marketing or a related field ( Second or third year   undergrad   or first year Master students );     Are active in extracurricular activities on campus or in the   community;      Have   previous   related internship experience (an asset );     Are detail-oriented, analytical,   self-motivated   and willing to take   initiative;     Are not afraid to get acquainted with your team and business partners, quickly building   relationships;     Experience in food manufacturing (an asset );      As part of their duties, the position holder will   be required   to communicate and collaborate in English and French, both orally and in writing, with colleagues or other stakeholders   located   in Québec, elsewhere in Canada, or across North America.   Master Office suite programs and   applications;      Have strong time management and organizational skills: you will manage priorities and multiple projects at a time all while ensuring to meet deadlines.            We support employment equity.
