Provide excellent service and demonstrate mastery and proficiency of multiple core programs supported by the HR Solutions Center The HR Solutions Expert II will support the administration of the US Leave of Absence program by managing employee leave cases, ensuring accurate record updates, and providing timely communication to employees and stakeholders. This role requires strong attention to detail, effective coordination with internal and external partners, and adherence to company policies and compliance standards. Key Responsibilities: Mailbox & Query Management: Monitor designated mailbox and respond to inquiries related to leave of absence programs. Employee Record Maintenance: Update employee records in HR systems to reflect leave status changes and ensure data accuracy. Case Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to facilitate leave processes and resolve issues. Reporting & Auditing: Prepare and review reports to ensure compliance and accuracy of leave-related data. Compliance & Documentation: Maintain proper documentation and follow established guidelines for leave administration. Maintain data integrity of various HR systems and tools and handle personally identifiable information (“PII”) that pertains to any individual (e.g. employees, job applicants, customers, etc.) in accordance with Asurion’s internal Privacy Policy, Information Privacy Standard, and public facing privacy policies. Complete any required privacy training. Promptly report any known or suspected loss, theft or unauthorized disclosure or use of PII to Global Security & Risk - Privacy Team Participate in process improvement projects to drive efficiency and customer experience outcomes. Responsible in ensuring that all relevant process documentation and policies are up-to-date Responsible for handling ad hoc tasks that are mission-critical in support of administering HR delivery for onboarding, employee lifecycle and offboarding or events and projects in conjunction with other functions. Display dependability by being punctual and achieves an appropriate level of attendance Maintains ownership of cases or other increments of work through resolution
